I'm Portuguese, currently living in Cascais (Portugal) and an Agronomer. I've always had a great passion for the olive tree and olive oil, this interest drove me specialize in this area. I attended the IOOC Master in Spoleto (Umbria/Italy), where i lived for two years and studied all the aspects of olive growing and olive tree technology.
Since i've finished the master i've been unable to find work in my area of expertise. I really wish to work in olive growing/olive oil technology. I'm truly passionate about this subject and I believe I have a very good level of expertise in this area.
